A relatively close galaxy, about 12 million light years away. This image is 6.5 hours of exposure over 5 nights, March 5, 7, 10, 13 and 17 2011. Seeing was not very good and a lot of frames had to be thrown away due to high winds. I'll continue to add to this image to bring out more detail in the spiral arms of this galaxy.
