NGC896 is a region of dust and gas that is a home to star formation. This nebula is part of a larger object, IC1805. This image is a blend of h-alpha data into RGB frames. There is 2.5 hours of h-alpha and 3 hours of RGB data collected over 3 nights in only average seeing on November 29-30 and December 1, 2010. Click on the image for a larger view.
