This is 23.5 hours of NGC2170 and surrounding nebula and dust. It is a very difficult object due to the dust surrounding the nebula.  The image was taken over 6 nights beginning January 17, 2012. In retrospect, I didn't frame the object for optimum impact. Maybe next year. Image produced with a Hyperion astrograph, STL11000M camera on a Bisque mount automated with CCDAP 4.
