NGC7023-The Iris Nebula


The Iris Nebula in Cepheus is a good example of a reflection nebula surrounded by vast clouds of interstellar dust. It looks a bit like our moon peeking through clouds. This image was exposed for 90 minutes with a luminance filter, and 90 minutes through RGB filters, It was taken October 14th, 2007
