Sometimes known as the Wizard Nebula, it’s located in the constellation of Cepheus. The object consists of an open star cluster (NGC7380) which is surrounded by nebulosity (SH2-142). It’s located 8,000 light years away and is an active star forming region. This is an 18 hour exposure from October 31, 2015 through November 7. The image was taken through narrowband filters and it is displayed in the Hubble palette. More exposure is needed so this image will be updated as weather conditions permit.
